Chocolate Cake.

So, I must admit...........amongst all my wedding projects and random creative activities I have been missing my family a lot.......and been kinda down in the dumps.
The weather may have a lot to do with it....since it storms every 43 seconds around here lately........  But, regardless.... I just havent felt "up to par."

I went to work out last night from 5-630, knowing that cardio/weight training & getting some sweat out would make me feel more cheerful!    It sure did!   Now.....as I have mentioned before----a work out with my FMIL (future mother in law) is like bootcamp in the military!  But........you feel GREAT afterwards.  I am VERY thankful for Monday's and Thursday's to get my butt kicked in "Vicki's Torture Chamber"------so its called!   :)  Ha!

Anyway, when I got home from working out, my wonderfully, stinkin- cute fiance had baked me a chocolate cake to lift my spirits.
{We always watch Cupcake Wars and Amazing Wedding Cakes, and every- single time I get an extreme craving for cake! }
Well, Jerad knew that I had been "not myself" for a couple of days and made me a chocolate cake as a surprise when I got home.     :)     The note says,"I LOVE YOU BABA. HERES YOUR CHOCOLATE CAKE!"

Bless his heart, this is the first cake that he has ever made by himself....and he made it in a casserole dish.....but its ok!  It turned out SOOOOOO moist!  Probably one of the best chocolate cakes that I have ever had!!!

God, thank you for blessing me with this wonderful man.  He cares so much about me, that its crazy!  I hope and pray that he really knows that he is my prince charming forever and always.          Every single minute, I love that Jerad.   Amen.
